Biography
Niels Blankestijn was born in 1993 in Arnhem, a town in the east of the Netherlands.
Niels took some piano lessons at a young age. Whether it was because of his lack of intererest or because his teachers could not inspire him will remain unknown, but it did not prove to be a succes.
The French movie Intouchables did struck Niels. Not only because of its excellent screenplay but also because of the great soundtrack written and played by Ludovico Einaudi. It got Niels inspireded to learn how to play the piano and to start compose his own piano music.
Meanwhile Niels is a student at the Radboud University in Nijmegen (NL) where he got his Bachelor degree in Business Administration, and hopes to graduate for his Master, with a major in Marketing, in 2016. A carreer in marketing won't stop Niels from living for his music and daring to get "off the beaten track"
